This half-day session will provide the basic information for defining brine resources in Nevada, water rights, and understanding regulations from commencement to closure. The lithium session will discuss wells verses  boreholes, exploration, consumptive use, designated basins, unitization, and permits and waivers for exploration and production in Nevada. After all presenters have spoken, there will be an informal panel to address any further questions or concerns from the audience that were not earlier addressed, or delve into more detail.
