Dan Netcher received a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Oregon. He has a Post Graduate Certificate in Hazardous Waste Control from Wright State University and is Certified Mineral Examiner with the US Department of Interior. He has 28 years of service with the Federal Government with the last 18 years in Nevada with the Ely Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management. He is currently the Deputy Project Manager (Rights of Way) for the Nevada Ground Water Project Office. He is currently working on the Environmental Impact Statements for the Clark, Lincoln, and White Pine Counties Groundwater Development Project, the Kane Spring Pipeline Project and the Lincoln County Land Act Utility Corridor. |
