John Enloe is a graduate of Humboldt State University, with a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering. John has over 23 years of water and wastewater engineering experience, including Manager of Water Planning and Engineering for Sierra Pacific Power Company. In 1997, Mr. Enloe started up the Reno office of ECO:LOGIC Engineering and is now a principal and working project manager of the firm. ECO:LOGIC is a full-service civil engineering consulting firm specializing in the planning, permitting, design and construction management of municipal water and wastewater projects. Significant accomplishments include the permitting and design of the first municipal water treatment plant in California to use UV light for primary disinfection, and the development of integrated water resource, water supply and wastewater plans for the South Truckee Meadows and the Stead / Lemmon Valley areas. Currently, John is the Engineering Manager for Vidler Water Company’s Fish Springs Water Supply Project. The $80 million project involves the development of an 8,000 acre-foot groundwater resource to supply the future water needs of the Stead and Lemmon Valley areas of Washoe County. |
