NWRA Membership
Members of the Nevada Water Resources Association receive many benefits which include the NWRA quarterly newsletter, discounts to the many conferences and workshops that are held throughout the state each year, membership dinners, discounts on publications and other resources, directories, "members only" access to the members section of the website, which includes the "Nevada Water Resources Association's Technical Journal" (JNWRA).
The JNWRA focuses on scientific topics of interest to Nevada water
professionals, students, and the general public. The journal is published
twice a year (Spring and Fall) and is available on the NWRA website. The
journal publishes papers dealing with a wide variety of topics aimed at
Nevada water issues, including water resource management, water supply,
water use, water quality, ground water, surface water, modeling, and GIS
applications.
The cost to become a member is $80/year for individuals, $400/year for organizations up to six (6) persons plus $60 per person thereafter, and $10 for students. Organizations receive discounted rates on 6 or more individuals.
As a member, you or your organization will be put on the NWRA mailing list and will receive quarterly newsletters and flyers regarding upcoming events. You will also receive discounts on our events.
