Buschelman Consulting, Inc., he was with Summit Engineering of Reno, Elko and Las Vegas for 13 1/2 years, and was the Chief Water Rights and Water Planning Specialist, as well as the Manager of the Water Rights Department. He has continuously worked in the area of water rights in Nevada for nearly twenty-four years after graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno. He has instructed in the area of water rights for 17 years and is a Registered Land Surveyor and Nevada Water Rights Surveyor.
