MEETING LOCATION

Check-in for the tour at 8:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m. presentation, depart at 9:00 a.m. and return at 4:00 p.m.
The location for the departure and return for the event will take place at the County Maintenance Building (north end of Carson City, Eastlake exit in Washoe Valley).

  • If you are traveling from Reno you would head south on I-580 and exit at Eastlake Blvd. Turn right at bottom of off ramp, first left onto old 395 Hwy. Just before you get back on I-580, turn right onto Hobart Road and another right on County Line Road. The first driveway on right will take you to the tour building, parking is in front of building.

  • If you are traveling from Carson City you would head north on I-580 and exit at Eastlake Blvd. Turn left at bottom of off ramp, then the left turn at the stop sign onto old 395 Hwy. Just before you get back on I-580, turn right onto Hobart Road and another right on County Line Road. The first driveway on right will take you to the tour building, parking is in front of building.


All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to NWRA via fax to 775-473-5473, mailed to P.O. Box 8064, Reno, NV 89507, or e-mailed to admin@nvwra.org.  Cancellations received within 7 days of the start of the event will not be refunded, however substitutions are welcome.  All other cancellation requests will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee.  If you have purchased the registration with a credit card, the convenience fee is non-refundable.



TIme:
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

Non-alcoholic beverages, lunch and snacks will be provided during the tour.

Casual clothing is recommended and should include long pants and closed toe shoes for the terrain
