Environmental Scientist 3
Nevada Bureau of Mining Regulation and Reclamation (BMRR) is excited to announce that they have posted a new position within the Hydrology Branch of BMRR, based out of their Reno office.
The role focuses on conducting technical hydrogeologic and geochemical reviews for mine sites and specific mining facilities. Also, the position assists with drafting Water Pollution Control permits, and supports permitting, closure planning, and groundwater remediation efforts.

Senior Geologist and Geologist II
Freeport-McMoRan currently has several open geological roles, including a Senior Geologist and Geologist II at their Chino Mine in Bayard, New Mexico. The Chino operation is an open-pit copper mine complex located about 15 miles from the historic mining community of Silver City.
