Hotel Room Rate:
$49/night with a daily resort fee of $15. 
The fee includes wireless internet, 2 bottles of water, fitness center and pool, airport shuttle, and self-parking.

Presentation Design Tips

If you intend to use PowerPoint, it can be emailed to admin@nvwra.org, mailed on a disc to PO Box 8064, Reno, NV  89507, or uploaded onto the NWRA website at www.nvwra.org (there is a presentation drop box option at the bottom of the home page). If you use the drop box option, please contact Tina to let us know that it has been uploaded.

 We request the early submission of your presentation in an effort to prevent any delay in the conference program and maintain an orderly transition between speakers. We will preload all presentations onto the conference PC prior to the event to be sure that there are not any compatibility issues. If you will later have an update to the presentation that you submit, that will be okay. This process just helps us to ensure that the AV equipment assigned to your meeting room has the needed software.
