Exhibitor Friends! We are setting our exhibitors up front and center, with a central location within the 2nd floor conference center.
1. Walk-through attendee traffic: The Exhibit Room will be the central location within the 2nd floor conference center, with the registration area being directly connected, and all of the attendees will pass through the Exhibit Room between sessions, classes & activities. Booth spaces are set up throughout the Exhibit Room to create a flow for attendees to always be near exhibitors. Pathways will change each morning to encourage attendees to take a different route when traveling through. 😊
2. Refreshments throughout the day: All food & beverage will be served in the Exhibit Room, including breaks and networking socials.
3. Lunches: Lunches will also be served in the Exhibit Room, which means more booth visits before and after attendees sit down.
4. The “HydroFest”, Poker Run & Fun with Exhibitors and Student Poster Competition: The “HydroFest” Social, Poker Run & Fun and Student Poster Competition will take place in the Exhibit Room and are always a fun time for attendees to meet new exhibitors and catch up with exhibitor friends that they already know! (a separate email will be sent to you about participating in the Poker Run)
5. Raffle packages/items: Raffle items will be strategically placed throughout the Exhibit Room and meeting room walkway (with sponsor signs on them) so attendees will stop to check out the items included in the package.
6. Meet up spot. Want to meet up with old colleagues? Do you need to discuss a certain presentation in more depth with a presenter? Want to share your expertise with new friends? The exhibit room will be THE place to meet and do all of that, and more! We will have cocktail tables set throughout the Exhibit Room to encourage attendees to use this space for all networking.
Booth Attendant Registration Information:
As an exhibitor, one booth attendant registration is included with the purchase. If you did not register your guest in your original transaction, please contact the NWRA office staff and we will assist you with the registration process at 775-473-5473 or admin@nvwra.org.
Annual Conference Additional Booth Attendant - There is a booth attendant fee for any additional person tending your exhibit that does not participate in the program. The rate is $490 and can be paid online HERE using the Booth Attendant option #12. This fee covers food and beverages that are provided during catered functions from Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. to Thursday, 1:00 p.m.

Exhibit Shipping Instructions - All shipping, handling, and payment of your exhibit booth materials is done independently of NWRA.

Your shipment should be sent to arrive no more than three (3) days prior to your event. All packages and boxes received for individuals or vendors are subject to a shipping/handling fee for a total weight of all materials sent as follows:
5-50 lbs - $10 51-100 lbs - $25
101 lbs & Over - $50 Pallets (each move) - $125
*Daily storage fees may apply for packages earlier than three (3) days. This daily charge will equal cost of the package fee. Upon delivery to the Exhibit Hall, the Tuscany will provide an invoice for any handling fees to the exhibitor directly.
The hotel is not responsible for packing or for supplying any packing materials. Any materials left behind without shipping instructions will be discarded within three (3) business days. The hotel will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any packages or merchandise left or sent to the hotel and has the right to refuse any package not labeled as requested.
Drink tickets with your company logo can be purchased for $8 each. Please email admin@nvwra.org if you’d like to add drink tickets to your original purchase.

Exhibit Space - Exhibit space is 10x10 and includes a 6 foot draped table and 2 chairs. Power can be purchased for a one-time fee of $125. When an Exhibit Hall layout is available from the hotel, this will be posted and sent to each exhibitor.
