PPE is handed out to tour members and bus departs. Travel to Leeville – Carlin history and overview
8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
· Arrive at Leeville
· Tour Above ground areas|
· Underground tour – Shaft, UG Maintenance
Snacks, Drinks and Board bus to travel to south area
10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
· Arrive at South Area Operations
· Tour of Admin, ERT Building, South Area Process
· Point out refinery, and drive by lab
· Drive to GQ Overlook
- Stop at overlook. Discuss open pit operations.
- Allow photos.
Depart Overlook
12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.
· Lunch, depart Carlin and return to Elko

Event Registration fee includes tour transportation, informative handouts, evening presentation & networking, and lunch. Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservation (if needed) and transportation to the departure location.
Attire: Casual clothing is recommended and should include long pants and closed toe shoes.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to NWRA via fax to 775-473-5473, mailed to P.O. Box 8064, Reno, NV 89507, or e-mailed to admin@nwra.com. Cancellations received within 7 days of the start of the event will not be refunded, however substitutions are welcome. All other cancellation requests will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. If you have purchased the registration with a credit card, the convenience fee is non-refundable.
