Snacks, Drinks and Board bus to travel to south area
10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
· Arrive at South Area Operations
· Tour of Admin, ERT Building, South Area Process
· Point out refinery, and drive by lab
· Drive to GQ Overlook
-  Stop at overlook. Discuss open pit operations.
- Allow photos.
Depart Overlook
12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.
· Lunch, depart Carlin and return to Elko

2025 Gold Quarry Mine Tour

Nevada Gold Mines is once again offering a mine tour to both NWRA members and non-members. This year the tour will visit one of the largest gold mines in the world, NGM’s Carlin Complex. This is a great opportunity to see firsthand a world-class mining operation and one of the more interesting active gold mines in Nevada.

This year’s event will consist of an evening session with speakers followed by a full day tour the next day.

Event Registration fee includes evening presentation, tour transportation, informative handouts and lunch. Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservation (if needed) and transportation to the departure location.
