Nevada Water Resources Association Photography and Video Disclaimer

By attending an Nevada Water Resources Association event or activity, an attendee grants Nevada Water Resources Association the irrevocable right to use their name, voice, and likeness in any photographs, video, or audio recordings for any purpose, including marketing, in perpetuity. The attendee waives any right to inspect or approve these materials and releases Nevada Water Resources Association from any liability, including but not limited to, claims for invasion of privacy or defamation.
