Nugget Resort & Casino
For hotel reservations please call 1-800-648-1177, or make reservations on the Nugget website.
Airport Shuttle Information
Runs Daily: 6:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Departs the Nugget from Valet parking area every hour on the hour. Departs the Airport every hour on the half hour outside door D of the baggage claim area.
Valet Parking is available for $10
Tesla electric car charging is also available on the second floor parking garage.
Moderator Information:
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to NWRA via fax to 775-473-5473, mailed to P.O. Box 8064, Reno, NV 89507, or e-mailed to admin@nvwra.org. Cancellations received within 7 days of the start of the event will not be refunded, however substitutions are welcome. All other cancellation requests will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. If you have purchased the registration with a credit card, the convenience fee is non-refundable.
