September 22, 2026 - Fall Symposium registration check in will begin at 7:30 a.m.
September 23, 2026 - Fall Symposium registration check in will begin at 8:00 a.m.

Intro to Surface Geo Workshop registration check in will begin at 7:30 a.m.
Community Benefits Workshop registration check in will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Information

Set Up: Please set up your exhibit space on Monday, September 21, 2026 between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. or on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.

Provided: A 6 ft. table, tablecloth and 2 chairs are provided for you. If you have additional needs, please contact Tina at tina@nvwra.org by Friday, September 11, 2026.

Venue: The exhibit tables and food & beverages will be located inside the meeting room that the program is taking place. The exhibit tables will be located around the perimeter of the room/outside foyer and attendees will have access to your space after morning registration check in, during each break, and during lunch.

Swag/Giveaways: Please feel free to provide any swag or giveaways to attendees and participants. We anticipate hosting 100 people each day.

Game Prize: If you are interested in providing a game prize, please contact Tina at tina@nvwra.org or 775-473-5473.

All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to NWRA via fax to 775-473-5473, mailed to PO Box 8064, Reno, NV 89507, or e-mailed to admin@nvwra.org.  Cancellations received within 7 days of the start of the event will not be refunded, however substitutions are welcome.  All other cancellation requests will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee.  If you have purchased the registration with a credit card, the convenience fee is non-refundable.
