September 23, 2026 - Registration check in will begin at 7:00 a.m.
September 24, 2026 - Registration check in will begin at 7:30 a.m.
*lunch is included in the registration fee and will be served on-site

Exhibitor Information

Set Up: Please set up your exhibit space on Monday, September 21, 2026 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. or on Tuesday, September 22, 2025 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.

Provided: A 6 ft. table, tablecloth and 2 chairs are provided for you. If you have additional needs, please contact Tina at tina@nvwra.org by Friday, September 11, 2026.

Venue: The exhibit tables and food & beverages will be located inside the meeting room that the program is taking place. The exhibit tables will be located around the perimeter of the room and attendees will have access to your space after morning registration check in, during each break, and during lunch.

Swag/Giveaways: Please feel free to provide any swag or giveaways to attendees and participants. We anticipate hosting 100 people.

Game Prize: If you are interested in providing a game prize, please contact Tina at tina@nvwra.org or 775-473-5473.

All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to NWRA via fax to 775-473-5473, mailed to PO Box 8064, Reno, NV 89507, or e-mailed to admin@nvwra.org.  Cancellations received within 7 days of the start of the event will not be refunded, however substitutions are welcome.  All other cancellation requests will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee.  If you have purchased the registration with a credit card, the convenience fee is non-refundable.
